Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a wedding in Bali cost?

Your total budget depends a lot on guest numbers and venue choice. Bali offers real value compared to Western venues, and a complete private villa or estate wedding for around 50 guests (venue, catering, decor, and our planning services included) generally starts around $13,500 USD. We work with each couple to make the most of their budget while still building the day that matters most to them.

When is the best time of year to get married in Bali?

Dry season, April to October, gives the most consistent conditions for outdoor and villa celebrations. That said, getting married outside that window is entirely possible. If you’re planning during the wetter months (November to March), we build in smart weather logistics and solid structures so your day runs smoothly no matter the forecast.

How far in advance should we start planning a wedding in Bali?

We recommend 12 to 18 months out. Prime dates at popular private estates and clifftop venues need early booking, especially in peak season. Reserving your date that far ahead gives our team time to secure the right people, handle logistics properly, and build your design without rushing.
