Silver Lace Weddings was started in 2014 by a family that is part British, part Balinese. That mix still shapes how we work. Couples planning a destination wedding from overseas get the clear, organised planning they’re used to at home. They also get a team that lives here, speaks the language and has spent years building relationships across the island. Since 2014 we’ve planned destination weddings all over Bali, from intimate celebrations in private villas to large luxury weddings, at some of the island’s most sought-after villas and resorts (and a good number of private estates too).
We work in Uluwatu, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud and Nusa Dua, and in other parts of the island as well. Our team handles everything: planning, design, vendor management, guest logistics and coordination on the day itself. We’ve worked with many of the same vendors for years, and we know the ground well. So we look after the details from the early planning stages right through to the wedding day.
In Indonesia a wedding planner is usually called a wedding organiser, so you may know us by either name.

Where we plan weddings
Uluwatu
Clifftop villas and estates above the Indian Ocean, with sunset drinks after your vows. It’s our home turf: we’re based just up the road in Jimbaran.
Canggu and Seminyak
Beachfront villas and rice-field estates on the west coast, with restaurants and beach clubs close by for the days around the wedding.
Ubud and the East Coast
Jungle valleys and rice terraces in the hills, or wide lawns above black volcanic sand on the coast. The quieter, greener side of Bali.
