Bali Wedding Planner Cost
Every wedding is different, so the total cost depends on your venue, guest count and how much production goes into the day. Our planning fee starts at $2,500 USD and is based on the scope of your wedding, not a percentage of your overall budget.
That covers the planning and coordination process from start to finish, including venue sourcing, vendor management, design direction, timeline planning and running the wedding day. You have one point of contact throughout, rather than being passed between different people at different stages.
Vendor costs are charged at their actual rates. We don't mark up what vendors charge, and there are no hidden fees. Every quote is itemised so you can see exactly where your money is going.
For around 50 guests at a private villa, a complete wedding currently starts at around $13,500 USD including our planning fee.
